How is submitted data used or retained?

Training
Jev is not trained on customer inputs or outputs. There's nothing to opt out of.
Who owns your data
You own your inputs and outputs (Master Customer Agreement §4.1 and §4.2).
How data is used
We process customer data to provide the service, calculate usage charges, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law, as described in our terms.
We also generate telemetry (Master Customer Agreement §4.3): technical logs, hashes, summary statistics, classifications and usage metrics. Telemetry doesn't include the content of your inputs or outputs. It's used to operate and improve our services.
How long data is kept
We don't publish a fixed retention period for standard usage. Data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, and deletion is available on request.
If you want request content deleted as soon as a response is returned, turn on zero data retention. It's free for every organization. See Do you offer ZDR?
Where data is processed
Processing currently happens in the United States. See the subprocessor list.
