How do I delete my account or organization?

Submit a request through the support request form:

  1. Under What do you need help with?, choose Privacy & data (ZDR, data deletion).

  2. Under Privacy & data topic, choose Delete my account or data.

  3. Tell us what to delete, and confirm that you understand deletion can't be undone and remaining credits are forfeited.

Include your account email and organization ID.
