Do credits expire?

Unless your order says otherwise, purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase, or at the end of your agreement term if that comes first.

If your balance runs out and you've turned on automatic top-ups, credits are added automatically. If you haven't, requests may be declined until you add more credits. See What's a 402 error?.
