How do I create or activate my account after an invitation?

Signups are open. You can create a new account directly in the TypeSafe console; you do not need waitlist approval.

Create a new account

  1. Open the console and follow the signup prompts.

  2. Complete any email verification requested.

  3. Once you can sign in, follow the Quick Start to try the Playground and make your first API request.

Join an existing organization

Use the email address that received the organization invitation. If you already have a TypeSafe account, use your existing sign-in method.

If the invitation went to a different address, ask your organization administrator to invite the correct address.

Still cannot get in?

Submit a support request with the account email, the step that failed, the exact error, and the approximate time and time zone. For an invitation problem, also include the organization name and when the invitation was sent, if known.

You do not need an organization ID to report a sign-in problem. Do not send a password, verification code, or sign-in link.
