Can I pay by invoice instead of card?

Yes. Invoice billing is available on request for any customer, with no minimum spend.

How to switch

Submit a support request with:

• Your org ID

• Your legal company name and billing address

• The email address invoices should go to

We'll set it up and confirm by email.

Good to know

• A saved card can't be removed from an account. If you don't want to pay by card, invoice billing is the alternative.

• Add your VAT or tax ID under Settings → Billing so it appears on your invoices. See How do I add my VAT or tax ID?
